Login / register account on our website botato.com.my .

Step 3
After login to your account scroll down the page and click return repair and return or just click here .

Step 4
Fill up all the information

-1- fill up your name ,email and phone number to get latest update of your repair item
-2- if you buy the item under botato please write down the order number for repair item , if you buy from other seller just write 123 on the order number.
-3- write down the repair model 
-4- write the Serial number of the tablet (*you can find the tablet serial number behind the tablet)

-5- If you still under warranty from Botato please tick Warranty Claim if not click Repairing Service.
-6- Provide detail of your tablet issue .
-7- tick the box
-8- Click submit after fill up the form .

Step 5
After submit the form kindly send the item to our office by courier service or if you want to direct send to our office kindly make appointment 1 day before you come on our hotline Wharsapp.

To check update on your return item ,please login to your account first and click account.

Click  View your return request

Click the eye button .

you can see the tablet update here or you will received email / whatsap when your tablet has been repaired .
